First, the more Sims you have in your library, the better—this prevents NPCs from repeating easily. For those with less memory or weaker computers, you can download more NoCC Sims from the Gallery so it won't be a burden.

Then, in live mode find a computer, click on it, and choose MC Command Center.

After entering MC Command Center, find Import Database Settings. You need to modify two key options:

1. Import Database Sim Percentage: Recommended to set to 100, max it out! This option determines the probability that when the game randomly generates Sims, it will directly import their name and appearance from your library. Min 0, max 100, default 0.
